Yes! Your dashboard shows a 'Usage Limits' card that displays your daily manual checks, domain additions, current usage, and remaining cooldown times in real-time.

Daily limits (manual checks and domain additions) reset every day at midnight UTC. Cooldown periods are per-action and reset after the specified time (5 minutes for Business, 30 minutes for Pro).
